Rouge’s Sriracha Stout is a good stout. Kind of gimmicky having the Sriracha. I didn’t include in the video the heat builds while drinking, but not to a burning level. I’m still drinking it as I write. My nose isn’t dripping, so it’s not that hot.
Really I like it, but I’m done with this beer after one bottle. Food wise, I would think something greasy and meaty would be good. Like a pizza with a lot of meat, or a cheese burger loaded with toppings. The heat from the beer is enough to really blend into food. Maybe I’d enjoy it more if I didn’t make it an after dinner beer.
